We only process data necessary for quotations, orders and communication. This includes name, address, email, telephone number, order data, invoice data and technical website data.

3. Retention periods

Invoice and administrative data are kept for 7 years (legal requirement). Quotations for a maximum of 2 years, emails for up to 12 months. Marketing materials only with consent.

We secure personal data against misuse, loss and unauthorized access through SSL connections, secure servers and limited access authorization.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data when necessary for the execution of the agreement, such as transport partners or accounting. Data is never sold.

Our website uses functional cookies for the operation of the site. Tracking cookies are only placed after explicit consent.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, data portability, restriction and objection.

If you have complaints, you can contact Exclusive Carports B.V. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
